I think he plans to at least give the appearance of doing more than the Democrats have been doing in those inner city communities that have voted for them since the 60s, which shouldn't take much doing really.

Any kind of jobs and infrastructure program will have the full Trump PR machine behind it. The implication of that happening must scare Democrats who represent those communities *****less.
