      You really think a sex tape can take down Trump, after all he has gotten away with? This is not the 90s, it would probably make him more popular with the deplorables who elected him.

      Now if the Russians have real dirt about bribes and payoffs , which they may well have, then this is a serious problem for him. However the Russians would want to hold on tight to that info because Putin doesn't want Trump to go away, he wants him to stay and be crippled.

        You think repugs / democracks are going to stand idle while the president of the USA is percieved as a Putin Lackey, the perception alone is going to kill him and the dems will play that card for the next term!

        Trump got where he is because of a protest vote,the mistake you make is thinking its for him on a personal likeable level ,it has no solid foundation.

        I said it before I will say it again,it's a house divided with daggers drawn,all what's left is the plunge.His best days are these,when he gets into office he is going to wish he didn't take that golden shower.

            Well he loves gold so I can believe the golden showers piece. The man said he could shoot someone in the middle of 5th ave and not lose any voters ....he bragged about grabbing women by the yussy ..... this is just another so what reaction and we all move on. Can someone say Teflon Don?

              That is where you are wrong , he is at war with the intelligence agency , JP(John public) is not pleased, the grabbing - shower thing is the icing on the cake.

              Trump ratings are low, will stay low and go lower.His war with the intelligence agency will last through his tenure.

                Democrats have almost no power now, they can't do anything.

                A Republican House and Senate are not going to impeach a Republican president unless there is a massive smoking gun. Not happening.

                The best we can hope for is that he only gets 4 years.

                  That may well be so but the intelligence community can't impeach him , they can only weaken him.

                  Putin must be drinking champagne and laughing these days. Ukraine must be fretting.

                    Does Trump care about JP? You seem to forget almost 2 million more voted for his opponent ... yet he is .....going to be in the oval office.

                          You have judged him on that correctly!
                          Just look how he puts himself on a limb with his claims that the Russians, Vladimir Putin and Julian Assuage as more credible than the US Intelligence Agencies. ...and follows up immediately that he is going to weed out the leaders of those agencies and put in individuals that shall prove more credible to him?

                          The sensible thing would be to embrace the finding of the Intelligence community that there was a Putin led hack and order the investigation goes wherever it leads...and then make noises on and about measures to respond...but no he turns on the Intelligence Agencies and term the information as "fake news".

                          Commonsense suggests the US Intelligence Agencies have verifiable information on the facts...and that Trump recognizes he has been 'no choirboy' i.e. information is 'out there' that is compromising. ...and that it is counter-productive to, as he did and is noted above, emphatic in his rejection of the reports. ...but no his ego leads him down the road to destruction. ...and he shall repeat such behavior as he has done...over and over...again and again. His own words and actions shall impale him. When his day of reckoning arrives his past actions suggest he shall thrash about and reek havoc.
