to me he seems like he wasn't comfortable taking about that aspect at first but as the interview went on and he felt more comfortable he did. Knowing of him from his Annotto Bay (natti bay) days and knowing most his family, I know a little history.

'Sass...please. Did YOU watch the interview? Initially he said it was just a name and a style it had nothing to do with badmanism...or words to that effect. That turned me off because I know he knows better

Josie is/was the personification of badmanism. Him can't spin that. Excellent DJ though. Can't spin that either.

Look like me haffe go watch the whole series of these interviews. The one with Yellowman and Burru Banton is very good as well. They talk about things like how SturMars/Skeng Don changed the game by paying their DJs way more than they had ever got paid before, and the later transition from live DJs to mostly dub plates.

What I like about the series is they go deeper than just which sound and DJ was hot at the time.

                    Yep

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
