    Better than what we have had for a while. Long way to go for any serious impact though.

    If the economy can get to around 5% GDP for a few quarters then we would finally be cooking with gas instead of coal and on our way.

      Agreed, long way to go ....I would love for them to address the crime problem as well as studies have shown that if affects economic growth.

        at least 3 percent annually.
