He starts with a foundation built on the lie of billions accruing to the Clintons by conflating intake of personal funds and that of the foundation. He does not hide the lie...it is bald-faced! ...everything he says after is predicated on the lie being accepted as truth.

What are they that the Clintons have proposed and both houses of government would not allow? ...defeated by various means?
