  • Don1!!!.......The Chinese won't quit. They're

    coming STRONG.
I have business "interests" in real estate, IT & biotech, and for the past 2 years we've been inundated with offers to buy some of these ventures in Silicon Valley, Oakland & Detroit.......They've been acquiring companies and real estate, and I heard the Qataris are also going after real estate.

    Old news.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Yes China is accelerating its purchase of foreign assets worldwide....Even in JA where it has become by far the largest investor.

Chinese people (generally) prioritize saving over spending. Many save 30%-50% of their income. So consumer debt is low and consumer spending is insufficient to keep growth at the required 7%+. America is almost the exact opposite

The Chinese economy is overstretched and debt ridden however. The govt has allowed an over-investment in industrial/manufacturing/commercial capacity on borrowed money. It's approaching Japan with humongous internal corporate & govt debt.

So they have to look abroad to utilize spare industrial capacity that the domestic economy cannot absorb due to a slowing of exports and an underdeveloped consumer culture. If they're unsuccessful it may result in a huge crash AKA the "hard landing" that pundits speak of.

Of course they're also trying to acquire critical foreign technology and a "safe haven" for their excess capital via real estate investments abroad...Which goes back to your situation

The Chinese know how to do business ..... Time and again they have gotten the better of other economies.....

        It's their long term approach...
