    I dont know if you know but go to the youtube video , go to the settings of the video click on speed to 0.25 , you will get a clearer picture.The settings is by the full screen bar to your right in the video.It slows it down to a crawl.

    I have a 55 inch 4 K tv and google cast .Even so a regular T.V or laptop will do.

          Saw another video ,looked like he did have a gun and he does have the holster at his ankle.Speculative but this would make me believe so,not saying he desrved to be excecuted.It disproved my planting theory.

                You have to be careful with police departments,you are not allowed to protest for anything,they will withhold evidence that exonorates them then eventually release it to discredit the act of protesting.
