because the guy is bleeding...watch the new dashcam footage & body cam footsge...when he gets out the car you can see the holster strapped to his leg...the question is did he have the gun in his hand when he exited the vehicle...you can't see but you hear officers yell drop the gun...forget bout the gun being planted...he obviously had a gun...but did he have it in his hand is the question...Comment

you can clearly see the holster strapped to his ankle when he exits the vehicle...what is not clear is if the gun is in his hand or in the holster...if it's in his hand him a eediat...if it was in the holster he was murdered...Comment

Clear as day to me , he had nothing in his hands , as for it being a holster , he has a disability could that holster be a brace for shoe support ? 2nd the one in red dropped an object , so did the black guy after him being shot.
