Jamaicans as a collective force have yet to achieve much outside of entertainment.

We are poor, powerless and for the most part disorganized. We still young as a culture though, so maybe in another 500 years or so, assuming we survive that long.

I've had the opportunity to observe some Jews and their extended family & friends at very close quarters for the last 8 years or so. Its been a revelation...strait

More than any other group in my experience they put the highest value on MONEY... EARNING IT, SAVING IT, INVESTING IT...and NOT SPENDING it if it's not necessary. So the DNA of their culture is about wealth creation/preservation... and the POWER & PROTECTION from rivals it brings.

Black people have to somehow learn this becuz we definitely don't have that DNA....quite the opposite in fact. Do any of our so-called leaders EVER address these BASICS????? If we were to follow the Jewish path we would be TRANSFORMED within 20 years

When a Jewish baby is born don't bring nonsense gifts from Toys R Us....Bring an envelope with money for the BABY'S bank account or a savings bond or contribution to the BABY'S 529 college savings plan

KIDS are expected to find gainful employment by their early teens and yes...save the maximum amount. Even relatives will ask..."So how much money have you saved this year"??

KIDS at 6-7 y.o. are taught about how to handle money and simple rules of money management. They learn how the stock market works, value investing etc etc etc

So they pretty much start the money management plan from DAY 1...and basically never stop

It looks complicated from the outside...but it's not. The discipline they have re money matters is amazing tho
