We've made some really baby steps towards our mission of creating a culture of innovation via:
Real world hardware/software skill development, world level competition benchmarking and ...best of all....getting kids excited about creating technology.
But every journey begins with the first step so baby steps are ok....for now
Continuing to the next steps requires resources. I'm assuming you (being so uber concerned about technology) should be willing to step up and contribute some resources..... i.e. cash, kind or your oh so valuable time.

Software Quality Assurance covers every aspect of Software Development, BUT it seems this company is focused only on Software Testing, because I see no mention of opportunities in areas such as Software Design.......Why are MOST of the Americans going into Software Design instead of Testing???
It's a good start. This could provide some good jobs, BUT not at the TOP end of the Software Development sector, and if the company finds a "cheaper labor force", I'm sure they will leave.Comment

Why are we focussed on one-upman-ship.
What is important is that progress however small is being made and as many hands are on deck as possible.

The point is Black people are in crisis all over the planet...

Yes....One way to disguise sloth is "but I'm helping family" or "I'm busy" ..
Many are "busy" for decades...but never busy enuff for endless TV watchin or internet surfin & social media yappin
... Yet they're never short of recommending what "should be done" by others
