  • Tivoli again

Tivoli again. High powered weapons turned on the Tivoli police station. Army helping the police. Desmond on the spot. Hope he is not offering anybody safe passage. Police shot a nineteen year old Tivoli resident, motorists being advised to avoid Spanish Town road. Not good for the prosperity agenda. Let's hear what brother Desmond has to say.

Just a question, how is this different from Dallas, would we classify the gunmen as mad? These guys are retaliating for percieved police victimization or state sponsored terrorism, isnt this what we see going on in palestine, wasnt that what the Intifada was all about.Wasnt that what Malcolm and Martin warned us about, read the Birmingham letter.Martin clearly spelt it out.

    Just asking?
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Unlike the US open carry folks, Tivoli gunmen will open fire.

Jamaica police kill 4 persons in 16 hours.

Imagine if that happened in America.

Gun men kill how many in 16 hours? Jamaica is in a state of war. Soon as they accept that they are being terrorized and do something about it the better. Might be bad for tourism in the short run but a so the thing set.

Tivoli baby boomers have no respect for the Law,is as if at a tender (tooo young to be executed)age, they witnessed their daddy, big brother, and uncle murdered by Agents of the State, and we the nice nice people of Jamaica did nothing about it.
There wasn't any closure to that little thing, and that isn't without consequences.

                Who is being terrorised?

Hey, I am no friend of criminals, but the way we have been "apprehending" them in Jamaica, and Tivoli in particular, is unlawful and untenable.

I am disappointed that tall ups are still many many in West Kingston. Whatever law is on the books that keeps our police from going for them, needs to be revisited. Maybe the only thing different about Tivoli these days is the lack of a don.

And as bad as TG still is, I think Mobay is worse!

Seaga's most lasting legacy. What a shame.
