Consequently another collapse is on the cards. What would have been better use of the crisis:

Prosecute the corrupt banksters who crashed the global economy....Instead he gave them public money to continue the casino game they play and NONE went to jail as FDR did in the Great Depression. Today the Robber Barons are richer than ever....and the wealth/income gaps ENORMOUS

Break up the banks that they claim were "too big to fail".....now they're MUCH bigger and the systemic risk higher.

Reinstitute the Glass-Steagall separation of investment and deposit taking banks to limit the casino type speculation that caused the crash

Limit the derivative games and require trading of those shady assets on exchanges for transparency ...Instead even today those exposures are unknown and unregulated.. Estimated at $ 1200 TRILLION i.e. 15X global GDP

Don't merely bail out the rich and criminal banks like JP Morgan...but insist that the homeowners they ruined be compensated so those transfers could drive demand and reflate the economy ...Instead he presided over the greatest transfer of wealth EVER to the rich... as a reward for tanking the economy.
