    They suppose to start ticket people for herb and almost a year later they have no ticketing in place.

    How many people get charge for breaching the cigarette laws?

    The cameras installed in certain towns, are they been used?

    If we can't implement these basic laws, how we a go deal with more in depth legislation? If we can't deal with the smaller things, no wonder we are where we are.
