    I am mindful of the right to bear arms came about when the powers that be saw the need during slavery to arm any and every Caucasian in order to confront run away slaves.Today,the idea is to deny the descendants..by giving them criminal records.
    Well felony lynching was to deter mobs (by appealing to the individuals)from carrying out lynching,there is an irony in it now being applied to the very category of people it was enacted to protect.
    The news behind the news,that is why I watch Democracy Now.
