  • Sister P subpoenaed in Trafigura case?

Wow. Anyone here knows if the Dutch are going after Dutch company Trafigura Beheer or the PNP?

EU corruption laws are serious. If it is found that the Dutch company engaged in corrupt practices in Jamaica Trafigura can be charged and convicted. The subpoena is to gather evidence to make that determination

i know about the UK bribery laws and if the UK is the same Trafigura is as guilty as charge. That is the reason they are saying it is business deal and the PNP was saying it is donation. UK laws say no donation to public officials and that is why Trafiguara saying it is donation.

She's not on trial, for the moment. She is a witness

If Trafigura is convicted of bribery.. should she resign ?

The real question is.. why did the Dutch have to wait till she lost an election ?

                  The Dutch waited?

Anyway, the point is, this investigation and subsequent subpoenas, should have taken place as a matter of course. This seems like it's something driven by other forces other than justice, and that should not be the case.

And to answer your first question, yes, she should resign.

                      Will she? Hell no!
