  • If the rain fall .. simply blame

Seaga and the JLP. I keep hearing people blame Seaga for high school tuition .. but knowing how unuh stay i simply stick a pin.

Now facts come to light ... 1974 Manley introduced free education. Seaga maintained that during the 80s. However a cess was imposed on university students.

In 1994 cost sharing was introduced on high school students .... when was the JLP removed from office again? Unuh remind of the man that drive up a gate and see Joe Grind cyar park up .. and all unuh duh is hold unuh head straight and drive pass.
