TERM LIMIT: You either believe in democracy or you don't. As Winston Churchill said, it’s the worst form of government, except for all the others. Democracy has all kinds of add-ons (free press and speech, free assembly, free movement) but its core is the unfettered right of adult voters to periodically choose who will govern them in free and fair elections. Rightly or wrongly, voters should be free to reward with re-election those they think have done a good job, and dump those who they think have not
