Munro old boy Kern Spencer comeback?

The former 16-year councillor in the St Elizabeth Parish Council said Spencer is still the most popular and influential politician in the breadbasket parish and that there is a threat of a parish council loss for the PNP if he is not in charge of the rebuilding process.
