    Reports from inside the counting room are that there has 'no change'

    No change means no variation from preliminary count on election night

          Yup. They can go ahead and swear in Andrew Holness as PM. I would advise him to make it mandatory for all government MPs who are over 60 to go to the gym. He can't afford to lose anyone to a heart attack.
          The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.
