It would be good if the violin players and cheerleaders on this site would share the same fate as those on the Titanic... however unnuh too smart fi dat.. playing your instruments from the safety of land to the last note as the ship sinks.. Jamaica, no problem...

So renting the Trelawny facility is worth more than $1,000,000.00 a pop!

That seems to suggest it may not be too difficult to have it running at a profit.

What about - A few matches of the Real Madrid vs.... or ManU vs.... or Brazil... ...or Portugal...etc?

Could we support 3 top class football club matches + 3 top class national senior team matches + a top class T&F competition + 1 top class cricket match...???? Could the venture also support a top entertainment pop music show?

That would be 9 major events & a to be named few minor events e.g. *Trelawny FA discovery talent competitions and courses (refs, administrators, coaches) and sports medicine confab each year with lockdown and rehab work on the grounds undertaken during 3 months...seems worth thinking about? Right?

*Why not if space would allow - netball, cricket people do the same thing perhaps, if the adjourning area allows concurrently? A learning teaching multi-sports festival?

...also would bet the surrounding areas would derive some economic benefit...and, influx of socialising of our people would be 'nice'????
