  • IRS scam beware

    An individual calls you says that one of your old form wasn't filled out properly and money is owed to the IRS,they verify all your information ,sounding legit then tell you to send them the money to pay it off.

    Beware ! Happened to a lady on the job.

      One called my wife sometime last year, leaving numerous messages. He called one day and she answered. He was insisting that there was a problem with her taxes and it needs to be rectified before she faces consequences. When my wife asked him what was her SSN, what was her address ... what was her middle name he hung up.

          Not sure about the details but the lady was gullible and embarrassed with her story, they threatened her with all kind of sanctions like bad credit,bank account seized etc.
