I do not have access to the data--but this is certainly not correct.
It is not difficult to tell the items that are local from the imported agricultural food supplies in these hotels.
Most of the fish (as and example), consumed in these hotels...are imported. Maybe half the fresh fruits and vegetables.The only time TRUTH will hurt you...is if you ignore it long enough
