I wonder if the High School Infrastructure Improvement Project funds projects like wifi installations, lab improvements, classroom and library improvements, replacement of blackboards with electronic whiteboards...you know...academic stuff. Or is it all about synthetic tracks? Unnu ever see Calabar football yet? Goats only go on it to get to the other side!
