The Daily Beast: Bill Maher: We Must Stop ‘Evil’ Ted Cruz. http://google.com/newsstand/s/CBIwvtL6uic
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Very good, classic Bill Maher. This is why I like his brand of comedy so much. Very funny and yet still intellectually deep.

His views on Cruz are almost identical to mine. No Republican candidate who scares me as much as him. Trump is an egomaniac, Cruz is a snake.

Is the irony of the tea party and birth of the birthers not too funny in how it has risen up to bite Cruz in the ass when in fact his eligibility is more of an issue than Obama's ever was?

You would think that Tea Party types who swear they sleep with the US constitution under their pillow and beside their Bible would rally to prevent this foreigner from becoming an illegitimate president , but they are strangely very quiet on the issue. Talk bout cock mouth kill cock?

Quite frankly I think his qualification is on shaky ground . If his situation qualified under the interpretation of what natural born citizen means, why would Obama ever have had a birther issue even if he was born in Kenya? Why was that point never raised ?

I like how Trump is playing it....basically saying I don't know for sure but what if he doesn't meet the requirement, should we take that risk? Lol

Cruz will likely win Iowa. Small prize but an early one and gives him enough fuel to keep going for a long time.

Looking like a Trump vs Cruz race with Rubio hoping to be the sensible alternative when the casual voters start paying attention. What a serious situation.

Exactly! Neither would McCain, even if Panama Canal was not considered US territory.

In my book ,Cruz is not a natural born citizen,to me that means you are born on US soil/territory.He is naturalized by his mother, not by his birth.Another example is a person born on US soil of immigrants, that to me is a naturalized US citizen.

Cruz overplayed his cards to the hilt, using his white privilige to try and deny his hispanic roots by catering to the most extreme elements in his party, denying one fact ,racist, xenophobes,or people of ingrained prejudice know no bounds in persecuting those they fear and dont have many friends, even those they have are ever changing .

The birther issue will do him in,my predictions,Trump will ride it like he rode it on Obama,Rubio will shame him on his hispanicness and the rest will bash him for his tea party agenda.

                  He is toast!

It seems to me that Cruz' eligibility is far from settled as he would have us believe. The Constitution does not define the term, and it appears, from what I have read, that the Supreme Court is not judicially authorised to make a judgement about it. Maybe Congress is the only body that can state, once and for all, what constitutes a "natural born citizen".

What is clear, he is way more ineligible than Barack ever was!
