A Cleveland grand jury has declined to bring criminal charges against Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback, the police officers who killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice after mistaking his gun replica for a real weapon.

In a statement after the November 2014 shooting, police said, “The suspect did not comply with officers’ orders and reached to his waistband for the gun.” Video puts doubt on that claim. In the infamous surveillance video of the shooting, Garmback arrives on the scene driving a police cruiser. As the car arrives, Loehmann exits the vehicle and shoots, fatally wounding Rice. The whole event took seconds, and, with no audio, there’s no indication the officers warned Rice or gave him a chance to respond.

That philosophy is alive and well in Chicago.

Not just Chicago...it's universal in Babylon. Although it's more severe in some places

Things will only change when it starts affecting white kids at an alarming level.But you see how they code us,bigger than our size, aggresive look, or posture, talking back , reaching , super human to justify murder.

The criminal justice system will move to a policy of decriminalization and community policing, the war against jihadist demands it, it cant tie up its resources on petty crime, it cost too much. Especially when petty crime leads to incarceration of youths into a population of hardened criminals which then turns them into hardened criminals -perpetuating the cycyle.

The suburbs are dealing with a war against heroin, thats wiping out a generation of white youths who cant fill mummy , daddy and uncle civil service jobs,minorities are taking them further adding fuel to Trumpism.Same with the business world.

If the Chicago mayor wants to extend his time as mayor he needs to see to it that every Chicago cop is fitted with body cams NOW. And all the other departmental changes he's now trying to put in place must happen overnight!

I disagree. Babylon will never change it's philosophy towards Black people. Their hatred & fear for us is too ingrained. This goes for us as a group...of course their individuals can tolerate or even like/love Black individuals

Consequently their group animus will enable them to spend whatever it takes to keep us oppressed. Money is no object in that mission. We have 500+ years of evidence establishing that fact
