On what grounds you reach that conclusion? As far as I can remember the result was close, but Bush won. So how did the courts GAVE bush the whitehouse? Yes, he messed up stuff in 8 years ... but he is gone. Now lets do another comparison, how many of the genius that orchestrated the demise of our country is still in office? See the difference?
