  • The tribes in Jamaican health care

We all know that there are appointments to public office and promotions based on political affiliations rather than merit. This has led to a governance issue in the Ministry of Health (MOH) where decision-makers and those who implement policies are not necessarily good at what they do, nor do they put the interest of the country above that of their party," he said.

According to Dr Dawes, during his tenure as JMDA president he avoided the issues of politics. However, in what he described as his final public utterances on the health sector, he said politics could not be separated from health care in Jamaica.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

    This is bad.

Will Horace Dalley be able to clear this up? Does he have the ability to make changes? The will?

Is Dr Alfred Dawes related to Dr Winston Dawes?
