Cho razs! Black people killing black people on Chicago streets every day and one black kid, high on PCP, gets killed by a cop, and it makes the news.

Where are the people who should be protesting the black-on-black crime in their neighbourhoods?

Watching the video is is painful,murder is what I saw.
The divider(lanes) lines clearly show he was moving away from the officers,and the second officer was startled by his fellow officer(he crouched ..) discharging his weapon.It was that bullet that spun him around.It was unexpected because he saw no reason for that to happen.
The bullets that ricocheted off the asphalt next to the head of fallen victim suggest the officers adjusted their aim to shoot the injured young man on the floor,and aimed for his head.
If he is already floored nursing gunshot wounds,how is he an immediate threat to the reponding officers,why at least one of them saw the need to shoot him again?
Then the took the care to remove the knife but showed no interest in the wellbeing of their victim,I guess they were more interested in getting their story right.
More officers should have been indicted if they lied on their statements given to their supervisors.

I am a member of the targeted race,so too are my siblings,children ,etc.
Hortical is quite capable of explaining ..
My thing it all has to do with one's rationals determining the order of their priorities.That is why I took issue to Bill Cosby throwing his people under bus(ebonics,saggy pants etc)as opposed using the opportunity to demand that the powers that be release his people out of bondage,but then that was before reality hit him over the head.
