  • Den think Dudus a fool?

Queen’s Counsel Lord Gifford told the enquiry on Monday that the public defender made an attempt, through Coke's attorney in the United States, to have him return to the island and give evidence but Coke said that he wasn't interested in participating.

There is nothing in it for Dudus, not even if he squealed. Furthermore he would be right where his political enemies would get a 2nd chance to kill him.
The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.

Furthermore,Dudus was captured by members of the security forces, why was he carted off to the US on some junp turnstile charge when he would likely face more serious charges here?
What happened that would make him eager to jump in the arms of the US after vehemently opposing doing so in the beginning?

By video link perhaps but even if Coke wanted to there is no way the Feds would allow him to travel to Jamaica to testify
