    Bunting Announces New Army Unit To Help Police Fight Crime

    National Security Minister, Peter Bunting, today announced that the army is to play a more active role in Jamaica's crime fighting efforts.

    He says a new unit in the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) the Protected Mobility Vehicle Squadron, will be deployed later this week to support the police.
