I have a reparations idea for you. Mek Babylon reserve 5-10% of the University places there for full skallahships for caribbean Nationals pro-rated by popn size (Graduate and Undergraduate spaces). This can come out of a huge endowment fund till its exhaused. only stipulation is that the graduates must return home to dem native land for at least 7 years to release the bond..then they are free to migrate or whatever.

This will increase our skilled population base, expose our young adults to very different environment (very important for ISLAND peeps), increase academic performance locally as kids study much harder to get one of those no-longer impossible opportunities (can you imagine parents ramping up the study discipline to mek sure dem pickney claim a spot?), increase trade potential with all the student links made and maintained in later life with the UK and other farrin students there.

Most importantly, this will keep the money out of the grubby hands of our local 'Ticians and their "consultant friends" who are busy writing eloquent reparations letters as the wring their greedy hands in glee at the prospect of unbridled fish head!
