As a consequence of the purchase, when Internet users enter the url www.portiasimpsonmiller.com, they are taken to the JLP's website www.jamaicalabourparty.com.

Willi, whether both are doing it , or there are bigger fish to fry, does not change the defintition of ambush marketing.

What they are doing, in a political sense, is using their opponents products or branding to promote their own, which is essentially what ambush marketing is.
