Earlier this week, LeBron James gave thousands of scholarships to college students.
And now:
The latest beneficiaries of LeBron James’ initiative to provide sports teams in need with new uniforms was the football team at the Akron-area Kenmore High School. And the drop-off was done in style.
The school’s football team received the new gear, created by James’ corporate sponsor, Nike, at the University of Akron football fields courtesy of a helicopter drop.
Suffice to say, everyone involved with the team was blown away by the spectacle, including head coach Kemp Boyd, who was moved to tears, by the generosity displayed by the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar and hometown hero, courtesy of the LeBron James Family Foundation.
