This should not be a guvvament project. This project has private enterprise written all over it. That would (for the most part) guarantee it's success.

Most governments are inefficient and wasteful.

And cassava; Jamaica should have maximized producton of this crop eeeears ago!

you don't get Willi's point. Tufton was laughing stock about six years ago to be promoting cassava growing as a major program, by the same people promoting it now. He was nicknamed "cassava".

True to an extent but the interest rate is higher and the loan extended further so that part is legitimate to question.
