But to seal the crucial “aGreekment” — the name given by European Council head Donald Tusk — Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras had to sign off on tough austerity measures and fiscal reforms. In what’s being seen as a capitulation, Greece’s negotiators agreed to a list of measures even stricter than those rejected by the country’s voters in last weekend’s referendum.
