Wow.. how insightful. We knew this 20 years ago. The fact that we are still TALKING about it is an indictment of leadership and the fact that Buddan is TALKING about it now is proof of stagnation in the Intellecual Ghetto.
What happened to the money obtained from the selling of cell-phone licences.. the licenses that have driven Jamaica to be number 1 in the Western Hemisphere in cell-phone penetration ?
Where are the 40,000 Jobs promised in IT ????
We can continue to TALK.. we are good at that.. plans, poised for take-off 'massive' investments which make us top class consumers...
Pity we cannot eat TALK or plans....
