    FRIENDSHIP, Westmoreland - FAMILY members of 51-year-old Delroy McIntosh -- a mentally challenged man who was freed when he appeared in the Savanna-la-Mar RM Court last Thursday after spending nearly 25 years in prison awaiting trial for possession of a small quantity of ganja -- have vowed to take legal action against the State.

    "Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.


    "It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

      Now if this man was to say ,"mi nuh like police" bail revoked and beaten to death ,who in their right mind would say it had nothing to do with ganja ?


      Our thinking is warped , so were the claims by academia,ignoring it was the odius law that brought him into the arms of the law,led him to be incarcerated,whatever happens after that is on the head of the state .
