At least one person in Baltimore is doing something right

Baltimore mayor, the pouty Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, has asked the US Justice Department to investigate the city's police department for civil rights violations after the murder of Freddie Gray.

Last October, Baltimore officials had asked the Justice Department to review the city's police department after reports that the city had paid almost $6m since 2011 to settle lawsuits alleging police brutality and misconduct.

I hope Loretta Lynch comes down hard!
