A start? The start should be the manner in which the abusive agents of the state deal with the citizens they should be protecting and serving. When more of them start facing serious prison time for violating the rights of citizens they might think twice. When a$$h0les in society are quick to accept the lies of these officers change their thinking the police will realize that people not buying their lies anymore.
