"On the back of the announcement by President Barrack Obama yesterday , that the United States will set up a US$70 million dollar programme to focus on education , training and entrepreneurship for youths in Latin America and the Caribbean.

I now challenge the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica to do likewise, set up a fund of say US$ 35 million dollars to invest in the youth of our country. Let’s see if we can create an environment where young entrepreneurs get a chance to shape their own destiny and provide economic growth for the nation.

Let’s not wait on the political directorate.

          Let’s invest in our future."
