"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Chinese dem not playing nor waiting. Meanwhile the US is giving the Middle East more attention than it deserves as world energy markets continue to evolve.

Obama planning to make an official trip to Kenya this summer and the Repugs and birthers already cussing him. Chinese dem probably laughing how US so fool not to have used him as a trumpcard for more African influence

What is wrong with this picture.

Angola suffered at the hands of one of the most brutal of the European colonizers until 1975, fought an armed struggle for independence, followed this with 20+ years of civil war. Had Apartheid-era South Africa as a neighbour and enemy most of this time.

Today it has a per capita GDP of 5700 US$

Jamaica, independence handed over peacefully by the British, democratic government systems largely in place since then, no civil war, proximity to the largest economy in the world. Friendly neighbours. World recognized national brand.

Today it has a per capita GDP of 5200 US$.

          ???????
