Wonderful! I grew up listening to Jimi Hendrix, and his genius is unquestionable!

But there are a number of others!

I want to now take this opportunity to (maybe) introduce you, gentlemen, to one of the greatest, most unheralded guitarist who ever lived. This man’s life was tragic, and his mysterious death (did police officers kill him or did he commit suicide?) adds to his aura. But beyond that is his awesomely beautiful playing; a true master of the guitar fretboard!

Here, therefore, is the late Roy Buchanan in a live concert playing Willi Nelson’s wonderful composition, “Sweet Dreams.” This concert was recorded way back in 1976.
