Aaah sah.....it wasn't about ganja. Will try on the road.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

What I can't understand is why was an arrest necessary in the first place, and what does the murder say regarding the snail pace the bills proposed to counteract..are taking?

That was sarcasms Rock, when Chevannes says that the ganja laws puts the police against its citizens exacerbates community relation, how can it not be about ganja as in Deane's case ,it was it that brought him into contact with the law what follows is the exacerbation of citizens cultural use of the herb against the police,my question is how many before him?

We should all be ashamed, even if I was to agree with the senriments that weed usage should not be tolerated because it ia harmful,a bullet is by far more harmful and is this the way we deal with addictions?
The egging by the crowd was not useful but that may have affected the officer behaviour (who mind you isn't under the influence of weed )in more dire ways than the person he attempted to arrest, and then there is that subsequent rubber stamped police report.
Given the Brown issue and the proposed bill..

I am guessing recently,it only went viral on social network sites a day or two ago.
What a tragic situation outstanding son of Yard(Rudi),it is not as if INDECOM isn't rigorously..,and despite that, the murderous activity(likely not documented in the crime stats)still continues. There is a BIGGER target here.

That I am not sure but I would gladly, confidently defer that to Indecom by giving them MORE powers and a much WIDER scope of operation.
Dealing with the JCF,its little members have to realize there are now consequences that will be vigorously pursued.
De gunman dem first get de guns dem from politicians and now the politicians are claiming they want them back,I wonder what was he relationship between those same politicians and the police?

That was murder. State sanctioned terrorism, they acted under an intoxicating odious law, where is the JFJ ?Anyone who says ganja should be illegal need to assess the ramifications of putting the police against its citizens, Chevannes report spoke on it about the shredding of the basic constitutional right of privacy in ones dwelling, wasn't the scene of the crime on private property ? Did the police have a warrant to search said premises, for weed or any violation, what was the probable cause?...dem nuh ave nutting betta fi duh? Hard for me to believe that anyone believes that criminalizing or murdering is saving any one from ganja so called harmfull effects given its cultural use. What we saw was a waste of resources and most of all human life to justify nonsense, his friends had all right to question the officers actions - egging on you call it,directly or sarcastically (its their constitutionsl right) the end result would more than likely be murder from peace officers trained for decades to trample on its citizens constitutional right.

What we saw was madness and of course, it had nothing to do with ganja.I said Deane was not the 1st and he won't be the last.
