    the Chief of Police in Ferguson is to step down. It appears Brown's death wasn't in vain.

      He wanted a guarantee that the Ferguson Police Department would not be scrapped. Did he get it? I say scrap it and start with a new force like what they did in Camden NJ.

        67% of the population in Ferguson is black, 93% of arrests are blacks. Those are some staggering stats

          They are but not surprising considering the percentage of the police force and elected officials that are black.
