Sass is not the only one who mistakenly credits Giuliani for turning around NYC. I do hope this will help all who have been misled over the years to stop perpetuating the lie.

What I don't understand is, how will the stats from the other big cities help your argument? Is your argument that New York did much better than the other cities, never mind who was mayor? Or that Giuliani was the cause of that?

You say the poor was targeted. I say it was a racist act! Giuliani was never hesitant to act in ways detrimental to blacks.

I am able to simple put away hate and malice and give credit where I think it is due. I look for the stats I want which is the stats of the major cities in the 90s especially the early 90s. This is hard to find. I can find article that defend Guiliani but that is not what I want, I want the STATS.
