Chuck turns up pressure on Holness to resign
    Sunday, February 08, 2015 | 11:03 PM

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Pressure mounted Sunday on Opposition Leader Andrew Holness to resign when senior Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) parliamentarian Delroy Chuck requested an urgent meeting of the party’s MPs to discuss last Friday’s Constitutional Court declaration in the Senate resignation letters saga.

Chuck, who just over a week ago was appointed the party’s spokesman on justice and was asked to shadow the attorney general portfolio, made the meeting request in a letter to Derrick Smith, the Leader of Opposition Business in the House of Representatives.

Baby Bruce is an Adventist as well? I know we used to worship at the same altar years ago and it wasn't just on Saturdays. Or in the day, for that matter!

                        Monday, February 09, 2015 | 3:40 PM

Former JLP Senator Arthur Williams (left) and Opposition leader Andrew Holness

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Citizens’ Action for Principles and Integrity (CAPI) says that the recent ruling by the Constitutional Court in the case of Williams vs Holness regarding the forced resignation from the Senate reinforces the urgent need for radical Constitutional reform in the operations of governance and Parliament.

Not everything that you have been harping on merits a constitutional amendment but this does. In other instances the provisons are fine they are just not being implemented.
