On the eve comes those warnings.
The criminals that export weed send any and everything because of the potential for seizures, that changes if weed is legalized in Jamaica.Bricktop, your knowledge regarding the potency of ...yard dime bags likely will change.
If Jamaica exported weed in quantities remotely close to Mexico, there would be the availabilty of scarce US currency insomuch that our currency would not be so precarious.
The Govt of Jamaica has stated that exportation..,remains illegal, quality control is therefore the issue.

Why would it change? The reason why they don't send the "high grade" overseas is because it costs more than the bush weed...doesn't make sense sending top dollar weed to get seized...what they will do is mix in 20 pound a high grade wit 400 pound a bush...

He is using very diplomatic language. He is saying that Colorado, Washington DC and so on can go ahead and legalise ganja, but Jamaica signed those treaties and therefore cannot do the same. What a ridiculous argument. I have never heard anything more ridiculous statement,” McDonald commented to the amusement of the pro-ganja attendees at the summit, titled the Cannabis Business and International Investors Conference.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

he also personlises it .... it did not fully come across as a government policy in the USA because at the very least it is sending a mixed message.

US officials themselves are also split on Ganja so it is really not that surprising. Many states are battling with the issue.

there is no official party position on Weed. Repub and dems pretty much split on it.

Only he can tell if it personal or government position but I think it is a personal position.
