This is how local and State authorities looking to finance their budget. All the neighbouring states around Colodado have road blocks looking to snag some of the ganja profits from travelling entrepreneurs!
Dem jealous of Colorado and because its still a Federal offence, much of the ganja money is outside the banking system and so dem deal with a lot of cash. Transporting such wads of cash across state lines without "proof" of legal activities means dats the authorities get to "eat a food". If other money gets causght up in that without "Paypas", den too bad fi dem.Comment
