Jamaica was under pressure international from human rights organization to do this Tivoli C of E. I don't believe that the IMF, World Bank or any other international financial body cares about FINSAC. If there is no international pressure to complete FINSAC and it's an embarrassment to the ruling party then it is not going to happen. No IMF and World Bank care to lend us their money while Manufacturing sector shrink by 5.8 percent last year. It seems like we have no idea about building, just pipe dreams.

I just don't think anyone affiliated with the JLP is in a position to call for this COE to be halted. WTF (where, not what) were they when Bruce phuqed up the entire thing? Had he not done so we would not be where we are today.

Ok, let's call a spade a spade. The shutdown of FINSAC was political and the timing of C of E is political. However politics can't stop the C of E. Amnesty International is watching plus JCF under firearms restrictions by Uncle Sam for extra judicial killings.

I commented on FINSAC because it is relevant certainly where the issue of cost is concerned.
PNP will pay to convene an enquiry which they think will benefit them and avoid one which is not likely to benefit them as JLP did with FINSAC. whose interests therefore do COE's serve as to opposed to whose interests they should serve by right?
