        Just seems the very same thing would evoke entirely different reactions elsewhere,some maybe posing legal ramifications.

          The details are now public. They are consistent with what I heard but his manager is making it clear that he is no longer an amateur and he is on the market for other deals. My best contacts say that there are no ISSA rules banning pros.
